Contact
You always have to call the clinic for an appointment – tel: 39295200, or use our homepage via “selvbetjening”.

For same day appointments call between 8.00- 10- 10.00.  Later than that, you may not get availibility.  You can also book online, from the afternoon before. This request will be addressed between 8-9 a.m.

Pre-booking
For some types of consultations you can book ahead by calling the reception, these are the more time consuming consultations like e.g.: pregnancy check ups, minor surgery, diabetes and COPD check ups, advice on travel inoculations, bloodtests, or consultations where an interpreter has to be booked. For these pre-booked consultations approximate waiting time is 2-3 weeks.
You can always book nurse and midwife ahead.

Please remember to call and cancel if you can’t make it to an appointment.
When we are not open, we will give information about which other doctor to contact on our answering machine. These colleagues can be contacted if the problem cannot wait til our return. For holidays see under om klinikken /ferie on which other doctor to contact.

Driving license

Opening hours
Monday to Thursday 8.00-15.00. Friday 8.00-14
Closed for lunchbreak and meetings from 12.00-13.00, though for emergencies you can always get through to us.

Some afternoons we refer to one of our colleagues on our answering machine.
For acute illness 16.00-08.00 and weekends, call 1813.  There you can get advice, treatment and if necessary an appointment.
For emergencies, always call 112.
